“These six [things] doth the LORD hate: yea, seven [are] an abomination unto him:”

“For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

“Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”

“¶ Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:”
